Updated for Aug 8th, added Olympic asteroids.
An Olympic torch that is extinguished five times in one day. An
overview of the Olympics as seen by the eye of modern astrology. What
does the real sky has to say about the Olympic planets? http://lulu.com/astrology

Yoga is mostly associated with the practice of asanas (postures) of
Hatha Yoga or as a form of exercise. Basically this concept came from
India. Its too much effective for many chronic diseases.
Here is a site http://www.rvita.com. Check out this and know more

Diversity is multiplicity. In multiplicity there is individuality. It
is a kind of pervading principle that is seen everywhere. The millions
of cells of the human body retain their individuality. We can never be
certain of their similarity. They are, one and all, yet different from
each other.
Picture the principle of multiplicity as an ocean, where in waves of
ideas arise and fall in each moment. In this ocean there are
innumerable centres and each centre has its own value. One centre is
the Sun; another is the Moon whilst others are the stars etc. Yet
another centre is humanity, consisting of millions of human beings all
centralized within that individual centre. That is enough about
multiplicity.
Unity is Diversity

Cotton apparently. I've heard of them recommended for things like
Asthanga where you do get quite warm. Apparently grip increases with
wetness. I wonder whether you'd need a gripping back surface on it for
the floor, or as some people say put it on top of a sticky mat.

The Virtue of Life
Work, thought and enjoyment are not the goal of one's Life. The goal
of Life is something else which is worthy of knowing and attaining.
Work, as long as you have a sound body and able limbs. Think, as long
as you have a sound mind and mental capacity. Enjoy, as long as you
are in a position of sound consciousness. But always bear in mind that
your work, your enjoyment and your thoughts are as much for the use
and assistance of others as they are for yourself. Therefore, if you
continue working, thinking and enjoying, it is virtue, otherwise it is
the opposite of it.

Some residue of impurity is frequently precipitated in
crossing of muscles, such as cholesterol, uric acid and lactic
acid. The three elements is really preticipitated and left
surrounding joint, lines among muscles and flesh.
In this case, sediment happens around scapula, or even under
shoulder bones between scapula and rib. Muscles of terse
major, infrasinatus and its surroundings mostly store
unimmediately dissolved impurity. Consequently, the sufferer
feels weak, tortured and easily catches a cold.
These are some tips for prevention and recovery:
What needs avoiding from not getting scapula pain?
• Avoid working by hands, such as typing or writing by leaning
on.
• Relaxing back at that time in order that blood track can run
well as hands work
• Avoid the chair of which back engraved. Different pressure

I've been really getting into meditation lately. At first I was
finding it difficult. Until I discovered what everyone else has been
doing.
Whilst I've been failing miserably everyone else has been reaching
deep meditations and reaping the benefits. And theres me trying to do
what the Tibetan monks have been trying to master for over 1000
years.
Thinking back I feel like a bit of an idiot, thinking I could follow
the same path as the Buddhist monks, considering my culture and
society are worlds apart from theirs. Anyway, I now know what you guys
have probabily known for ages.
Its knew to me so it's an amazing secret and im still up in a cloud
about it.
Anyway for those that want to join the same meditation group as me,
its free so money's not an issue, whichI feel goes along with the
whole spiritual thing. You do need to sign up so you can receive the
info and videos.
Make sure you read the information your sent, and then go off and try
it!
