I plan on authoring a web page critical of bad veterinarians. I expect that
they will try to nullify my efforts. I need a site that a) is free or fairly
inexpensive b) is relatively inaccessible to USA judicial efforts at closure
c) is anonymous in that my identity can be anon or faked and d) preferably
offshore if possible. It will be hard for them to come after me directly
even if they know who I am, but I am more concerned about their ability to
stopper my webpage by complaints. If I have the wrong newsgroup, please
suggest another that is well read. Thanks.
