You guys must know when/if an idea is a dud...what is the tipping
point? I've just started a site, but its off to a fairly slow
start...I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or if the idea is just not
as good as I think it is...

My site has been accepted to sell text link ads.

However, before I can install the coding on my site for
the text link ads to appear - the text link ad company
has instructed me to do the following:

Create a file named local_225760.xml that is writable
by the web server. The file should be blank and it should
be located in the same directory as the script below.

Ok, how do I do that? I have no idea. Is it easy?

Can someone please explain to me in easy to understand
step-by-step terms.

I would really appreciate it!

Hi!
I need a stand-alone application for web log analysis (with the
possibility to modify it -> open source).

The application should give information about single user behavior and
global statistics. In particular:
-user path in the web site
-time on each page
-global time

The important requirement is that the tracking should be performed via
Javascript tagging, just like Google Analytics. The goal is to
integrate the application easily on every website.

Anyone can help me?
