If the $Owner_email is supplied by the user, I seriously hope you do a lot
of sanity checks on it. Moreover, read perldoc system (especially the part
where a list is used instead of a single value), and make sure your first
line reads:

#!/usr/bin/perl -T
^ taintmode

Some proxies do add the IP of the hosts that uses them in a header to the
request (for example HTTP_VIA (IIRC))

http://www.hostip.info/

Note the: is this wrong, make a correction link (and Are you an ISP /
host? Update an entire block). Some people do make those corrections. From
a lot of IP addresses the locations have been collected, and those
databases could be bought (IIRC, this is ages ago). No idea how
hostip.info got their initial db, but they get better and better is my
experience.

World Moving & Storage - Los Angeles Movers, has a stellar reputation
in commercial moves and is well equipped to handle any type of
business move. knowing that your move is as unique as your business
and we've learned a special trick, it's called listening.

Pioneering the way Internet users find moving services, and the way
moving companies interact with customers, users also have the option
of receiving free quotes from certified moving Companies on the
website. With the Direct Leads Advantage program, these quotes are
sent in real-time to Direct moving companies to create reports, and
sending quotes to customers.

Calling these companies for a moving quote can be mystifying and time
consuming. A number of significant things, such as how to pack and
ship precious and fragile items, moving pianos other large furniture
items, as well as decisions on what to move and what to either get rid
of or put into storage. This is where the moving company comes in.
Visit World Moving & Storage and see your moving experience
improving.

Disallowing cookies disrupts my use of the internet. How do you
manage?

Do realize that your form is not being accessed by a human. The spammers
make copies of your HTML form, and auto-feed their spew to your
processing script. Hopefully, you are not using some known, insecure
script such as Matt's Formmail.

You have to search for strings in the input:
to:
cc: <- also catches bcc:
http:
and so forth. If found, send it to a rejection address for monitoring if
you wish, else discard it. Also, google for "sql injection"

Of course there is, but you need to take steps.

Which is your right. Your choice.

Just as it is for other sites, to be sponsored by advertising - like
say Google which is making slightly more than 20c a day by all
accounts.
