In fact, as is well established, this is a complete forgery falsely
attributed to Franklin:
It's so widely discredited that it's hard to believe ANYONE would be stupid
enough to repeat it, but since "al" takes his marching orders from
al-Jazeera it's obvious why he would repeat anti-American smears here. (See
