Counterterrorism, thanks very much for joining us today. We recently had the
release of the annual Counterterrorism Country Reports.

Let me just ask you a bottom-line question: How do we assess where al-Qaida is
this year versus last year? Have they been degraded? Have they strengthened?
Have they changed at all?
