Apocalypse Now (In Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan)

After reading the "Report From The Front" last night I did some research on
General Raymond Odierno who Bush just put in charge of Iraq. It seems this
General had the worse record of abuses against suspects and civilians during the
Iraq War. He is on record as having encouraged and permitted and excused serious
acts of inhuman and unsoldierly conduct by his troops. If we were not the most
powerful country in the world Odierno would be charged as a war criminal.

One of the reasons why we don't permit the family members of crime victims to
serve as jurors over the suspect charged with harming or killing the victim is
because we know how the family members would pre-judge the case... they would
vote to convict and execute the suspect regardless of any testimony or evidence
that proved the suspect to be innocent or failed to prove guilt.

For this same reason is it wrong for Bush to have appointed a Jewish general to
run havoc in Iraq which is a nation of Muslims. We're now living through
Biblical history... a history that is well documented on cases where Jews
annihilated Islamic cities and killed every living person. The Jews like to
claim that the Nazi holocaust was the worst human atrocity on record... but all
you have to do is read the Bible to learn about how Jews have committed far
worse atrocities... and Jewish atrocities were worse because Hitler never
exterminated an entire group of people... but the Jews did. Jericho and smaller
cities were wiped off the map by the Jews... and maybe that is why God permitted
the Nazi Holocaust to happen... payback. Even though some people may think they
are better than others, God sees everyone as equal... and equally deserving of
payback.

Which means... what is in store for our kids and grandkids when the atrocities
that have been committed in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan by our troops in the
past... and will be committed in the future under Odierno... a racist general in
Iraq who believes killing everyone is the only solution... the final solution.
Ever since Odierno was appointed by Bush the newspapers have printed stories
about entire villages in Pakistan and Afghanistan being wiped off the map by
troops under Odierno's command. Even the Afghan and Pak military commanders are
now ordering their troops to fire on Americans they catch moving or flying
across their borders.

Odierno is a bald-headed reincarnation of the fabled "Colonel Kurtz" of Vietnam
"Apocalypse Now" infamy. Some people think "Apocalypse Now" was a fantasy...
yes, it was a re-creation of "Heart of Darkness"... but we did have real-life
"Kurtz's" in Vietnam... and we now have a real-life 'Kurtz' serving as the
senior commander in Iraq.>

Just as every criminal who soon realizes that the profits he reaped as a
criminal only bought him a jail cell... our country will one day get payback for
what we are permitting Bush, Liebermann, McCain, Odierno and Petraeus do to in
our country's name... our kids and grandkids will get the payback.

Criminals, their beneficiaries and their inheritors... all... always get
punished... and no one knows this better than us who work in LE.

We had better get back to being a country that does more good than harm... or
all of us... and/or our descendants... will be rowing up S**t Creek... God takes
payback seriously...
