appreciated US elite universities, to think of and propose strategies
of geo-strategic impact, I suppose.

The "best" refers to the BEPs (and not to the poem below), I'd
assume.

The poem I believe is actually an American folksong, refers to the
agave plant

I once worked for a woman whose name let us say was Schoolly and we had
an employee named let us say Dollaz

Dollaz was working at home one day, and Schoolly gets annoyed cos
Dollaz is not calling back...

so then, this next time, Schooly picks up the phone and Dollaz kid says
yes
that her mom is home but she cannot come to the phone....

Schooley gets mad and says to the kid, I am your mom's boss tell her to
come to the phone immediately, and no more of this "i'm in the bathroom
stuff."
