I had a friend in high school whose father ran a small business building
outhouses, supplying and servicing them for construction sites. Said friend
inherited the family business. As you may or may not know pretty much any
construction site with more than a couple of works must have an outhouse on
site. This particular small business was located in the sout San Francisco
bay area before the term "Silicon Valley" was coined. My old friends
business now pretty much covers the entire SF bay area and has expanded into
the central valley (my brother works for him and runs the yard in
Sacramento) and is a multi-millionaire.

As he used to say, "It's a shitty job, but someone has to do it."
