You are wrong, legally, factually, and morally.
90%% of the time you'd be correct, and AUK would be fine if it didn't engage
in the other 10%%.
But they do. It is actually not so shocking that you couldn't see how words
alone can be "aggression" in any meaningful sense.
I probably held that view once in my younger days. It has some logical
appeal.
But don't underestimate the ability of impotent, angry degenerates to wreak
unwilling havoc.
While you've obviously given it little thought, some have made it a career.

I don't even think it's sociopathic. The poster just doesn't understand how
words alone can ever be a crime.
I don't wish it on anyone, but perhaps an anonymous letter threatening to
kill the poster or their family will prove educational. Even if no action
ever follows, a real-deal crime has ocurred.
