The Usenet Administration Cabal (TINC) would like to apologize
for not informing the community earlier about the restrictions
on Barbara Schwarz's posting ability. Due to continuing threats,
lies, misrepresentation and abuse of the net the number of posts
Ms. Schwarz is allowed has been restricted. Ms. Schwarz's posting
ability is also being restricted to two daily time windows. (We
will not make the time windows public.) Currently the length of
time these windows are open is being experimented with. Shorter
windows appear to be working out for the best.
While this will decrease the entertainment provided by Ms.
Schwarz we feel this measure is needed to reduce abuse of the
net. This measure is also intended to send a message to Ms.
Schwarz concerning her repeated posting of spam and harassment of
those that ask her to stop.
Should Ms. Schwarz wish to contest this action her only recourse
is demonstrate that she has reformed via the few posts that we
are allowing through. Of course she is welcome to sue the cabal
(TINC) but she should be forewarned that if such a suit is filed,
she may not be happy with the results of discovery.

Hi, Why don't you enforce a Posting Embargo on everyone who does not agree
