Although there were a few things to criticize (like the recycling of
Porcupine-boy!), all in all I liked the trilogy very much. The final scene
(despite the fact, as David mentioned, that it made no sense that Xena had
to swim to get to the pool yet Gabrielle merely walked there) is among my
all-time favorite moments in the six seasons. I love the music, the
expressions on their faces, the sentiment expressed - just wonderful!

That made no sense to me - if everything else about their appearances return
to "normal" why not Gabby's hair?

I don't think the wig was the best ever made. It looked really fake to me,
and not just because I wasn't used to long hair. I just think they did it
quickly and didn't put much attention to it because they figured most of the
time she was just laying there anyway. All the more reason that they should
have let her go back to her short hair when she was "awakened."

Looking back over the ratings for the entire season so far, I liked the
trilogy better than many of the episodes that preceded it, so I would either
have to drop down some scores for the others or bump these up a bit!
