It is another broadcast network. I've also seen it called MyNetwork
TV. TitanTV.com abbrieviates it as MNT.

If you watch broadcast TV in the US, then you might have a local
affiliate available. Where I live, the old UPN station became a
My Network TV station when the old WB station became the CW station.
Also, if it uses the same naming method nationally that it did here,
then you might know it as My[insert local location].
