Superman never punches people at super speed. Everybody has to have
their limitations or fights would be boring.
Maybe the Flash could punch someone at hyperspeed, like Superman or
Aquaman, and knock them over. But, to make the fight interesting, the
Flash would have to have some limitations. Those punches would have to
be few and far between.
