Hey Moz! I meant to reply to this message when you first posted it but then
I got busy with something else.
I thought Hillary was history but then she wins Ohio and Texas and she's now
right back in it. She sure didn't
look so good when she was on the ropes and ready to fall. Desperate, she
starting fighting dirty and claiming she
wasn't being treated fairly by the debate questioners ("Why do I always get
the first question?"). She melted down
a bit and got nasty and sullen which certainly are not traits you want our
President to have. Meanwhile, Obama stays
calm and collected even when Hillary gets nasty with him. If you don't want
McCain to win, you've got to pray that
Obama gets the nomination. If Hillary does, her galvanizing personality
loses the race for the Democrats, as many
Independent swing voters will flock to McCain just to avoid Hillary. But
this is making for a very interesting election (for a
change).

It's my favorite Woody Allen movie as well . . . by far! In fact, it has
been in heavy rotation the last couple of months
on the IFC and Indieplex cable channels (it was on Flix tonight). Love
this film, with the comedians sitting around in
the Carnegie Deli telling their stories and narrating the film. A perfect
film, in so many ways. By "gargoyles", you must be
referring to the scene where the Italian mother places a curse a Danny from
the balcony at the wedding, eh?

I like Rosselini as well and his neo-Realist stuff. Will be in the next
group of films I add to my DVD collection. Do you know
of any good sites for buying these, besides Amazon?
