Ok I know this is gonna be sketchy but it's all I've got to go with.

Back in December or so, the USA network was running a daylong
marathon.

One of the promos caught my attention. In the scene there is a guy in
a holding cell inside the main police office station.

As someone walks by, this guy breaks out with a tune starting with
"starlight and moonbeams" and that's all we see.

I had seen all of the episodes except for two and did not see this
particular one. I think it got pulled.

Why? Because I raised some question about the source of that tune. As
I had written and posted that tune to newsgroups about two years ago.
I had also posted the first line to the USA network website and that
post got pulled. So I think they might have pulled the episode as
well.

Anyone know which episode it is?

Starlight and moonbeams dancing off the evening sky.
Hot dogs, a barbecue grill, and a fish fry.
Boys and girls holding hands, walking barefoot on the moonlit sand.
