WOW RedorWhite, You sure have A LOT invested in this--probably too
much. I read your responses--numerous as they are--and started
wondering if your real name might be Jeff A. "Me thinks the Lady
protests too much." Even David A hasn't been as passionate in his
defense of his dad as you have.

You missed part of my post in your speed to dispute what I wrote. I
wrote that companies won't want to work with David based on his dad's
reputation. While, I think the bad reputation is accurate, it doesn't
really matter if it is correct or not. Doesn't matter if Jeff A is the
best dad ever or the worst, most music companies won't want to take
the risk--too many other talented singers out there. In other words,
they would see it as too much of a headache having to deal with Daddy
Jeff.

Yes, it is absolutely supposition on my part and no one will know
until whatever happens happens; but, after many years as a
psychologist working with batters, molesters, rapist, and many of
their victims, I feel comfortable projecting a life story based on the
things I have read.

I've seen it time and time again, those so called 'great' dads beat
down their kid to 'help' their child be the best they can be. It is
like that infamous line in the musical 'Carousel' The young girl has
just been slapped by her father (who loves her very much) she asks her
mother (who has been beaten by the same man) "Mother, can someone hit
you and it feel like a kiss?" The mother responds "Yes!"

So, yes, some people do destroy the thing they love. There are those
that would have their children down in Hell with them rather than let
them be in Heaven without them. Is Jeff like that? Is Jeff trying to
live his dreams through his son? Is Jeff a monster or an angel? Or
both? I don't know and I wouldn't guess---the truth is probably
somewhere in between. But I do ask, why would all these people with
nothing to gain or lose chose Jeff A to invent stories about? Why
didn't they do this to Jordan Sparks' parents? Why is it that we get
these stories only about jeff and no one else? Why do these stories
seem to follow Jeff? I don't know the answer. But I can make a
hypothesis about some of these things. Usually the simplest answer is
the correct answer.

IF the rumors are true and Jeff A is an overbearing stagedad, then
yeah, I can see David both loving and resenting his dad. Heck, a lot
of people go through this type of feeling towards their parents; it is
how we indiviguate from our parents. Why would David be any different
than the rest of the world?

So, RedorWhite, take a deep breath and relax. This was just my
hypothesis on what I see happening to David (not you) based on the
rumors and my own expertise in the area of abuse. According to you,
you are not even a parent and are only projecting what you think you
would do in Jeff's place...that is if you are not Jeff. ;-) So chill.

BTW, I don't drink so, no, I wasn't drunk.
