Sure you do. Remember Melinda? Remember Paris Bennett? See, that wasn't
so hard, was it? McPhee was probably getting help from her mom, a
professional voice teacher. Those are only the ones I remember off the
top of my head. There have probably been plenty of others.

More supposition. Post proof that these other parents interferred with AI legal directives.
Over 90%% of the contestants have strong parental support, but that doesnt mean they
actively interfere with the shows production.
Post proof or, you guessed it, shut the fuck up.

Ding! We have a winner. Spot on.

LMAO
Its spot off.
The additional copyright payments are not inconsequential, it cost money, big money, and it
went against the shows production staff and legal dictates.
Wrong again Mickey.
Just shut the fuck up about things you know nothing about.

You are so full of shit with respect to the facts that I don't even
know where to begin.
If you can't understand that breaking the licensing agreements is
central to the nature of the contest, then I can only assume you are a
Dadchuleta apologist. Come on, if not for the licensing agreements,
they'd be singing the fucking scale every week.

Whether it costs the producers money is "inconsequential ***in terms of
the contest itself***."

BULL -- SHIT...
I guess you don't understand the concept of "breach of contract" here,
Vandar!!!!
The show has a contract with the licensing companies, and to go
outside that contract endangers the future of the program - and that's
even on a much more fundamental level than any proposed rigging.
David and Jeff Archuleta breached that contract last week -- which
certainly means they breached their own as well -- and should've been
removed from the program.
I do, however, sadly sense that within about 48 hours, we're all going
to hear the bitching about the Biggest Controversial Elimination in
the history of American Idol (reg tm) and how all these tweeners Are
Never Going To Watch Again.

You state that like it was a fact, when more recent reports and interviews
suggest otherwise: That the changed lyrics were only questioned after the
performance, therefore no breach of contract.
