You really cannot keep him from talking to his son. But what you can
do is turn to the contract, which I am sure has a clause about having
to make sure the material you sing is cleared. I am also sure that if
you go against the contract, you can be held legally responsible for
any fees it costs the show. Then you have to go directly to the kid
and let him know that TPTB are the only ones that can let him know
what is clear and what isn't and that his father is no longer in
contact with the in terms of clearing material. If anything further
does happen, you can only presume that Archie was fully aware he was
doing something wrong.
