That brings up an interesting question then:
What was the best episode of TAR ever?

Why do you think that they didn't already know that they were eliminated?
It seemed pretty clear that they knew they were last (and that it was an
elimination) when they were told to folow to the pitstop. It isn't like
there is an alternative to obeying at that point.

Are you complaining about it being over water or about the length of the
rope? It didn't look like a jump anyone would want to make without bungee.

I think it could have been done during the money counting if a team had
chosen to share the correct answer with another team. Teams could have
chosen to share the fencepost count in TAR regular, if they had wished to do
so in order to help one team beat another. Certainly, sharing info like
that is not in the spirit of racing, but it is in the spirit of TAR.

It will be interesting to see if the all-time-most-alpha-male-celebrity-team
can be unseated somehow. If they weren't such nice guys, I could at least
root against them for having so much advantage, but so far they haven't been
mean. On the other hand, the US Navy guy and his wife and the partner of
the French woman are all racers to root against.
