I still say ... if a Discovery Channel program like Deadliest
Catch ... in the most extreme conditions for any reality show can film
in HD ... so can Amazing Race ...
Even Les Stroud Survivorman is filming by his lonesome in HD ...

Last time I checked, "The Deadliest Catch" wasn't catching planes. They are
not getting charged for carry on luggage and such. Keep in mind TAR
production has more than backpacks they take with them...... They probably
are paying for all that extra luggage each time they get on a plane.... No
other show travels the way they do and it the cost could be catching up with
TAR which I see an issue for future races....
