What would you recommend the TAR Producers do for 1) location of first
clue, 2)roadblock, 3) detour and 4)Pit Stop?
TO get things rollin along - I live in Victoria BC and I'd suggest the
following:
1. Fan Tan Alley - at 4ft wide, one of the narrowest streets in the world
and hard to spot - even if given directions. Great place to hide a clue
box.
2. Roadblock - Victoria has little harbour ferries - how about either
driving one and making so much money or delivering so many passengers, or
using one to search for a clue somewhere on the water
3. Detour - I probably have teams go out to the world famous Butchart
Gardens and undetake a detour there - not sure what it would be, maybe
planting flowers or searching for something.
4. Pit Stop - So many options - historic buildings are good and there are
a lot in Victoria - Craigdaroc Castle would be a good choice, Hatley
Castle another - but I think I'd go for Mile Zero - down near the ocean
and marks the start of the Trans-Canada Highway.
So - anybody else wanna play?

given the following clue" find the house of Gauche, the Jester,oh seek
out the out the information you craven. every man's house is his
castle. the answer? Gauch is the ghost of a dwarf jester, he haunts a
house nicknamed "the Castle", the address 411(information) Craven
street.
2 roadblock. from there they will be given the choice of either
going 2 0r 3 miles south to Paris island, the Marine corp training

They *did* come to my city (Toronto.)
They used the CN Tower as one of the locations, I recall, which I'd
also have used.
Roadblock: An intermodal ride on a folding bike from Urbane Cyclist,
the Queen Streetcar out to the Harris Filtration Plant, round the
plant on the bike again, and back again.
Detour: Togs or Frogs: Find two matching "leather sets" at Miss
Behaving on Queen West, or skin 2 dozen frog legs at Kenzington
Market.
Pit Stop: Under the Sharp Centre at OCAD ( http://www.designbuild-
network.com/projects/sharpe-centre/sharpe-centre1.html) which is a
building on stilts.

I live in Hollywood.
Departure clue: Teams must travel to Hollywood, California and locate the
coffee shop where Perez Hilton works. Perez will instruct teams where to go
next since he knows all the haps in this town.
Roadblock: The choice? Liquor or Lick Her. In liquor, players must travel
more than two miles to Hyde nightclub where they will have to outdrink
Lindsay Lohan. The task will not take long to complete but teams not
accustomed to such mass liquor consumption might find themselves in the ICU
or unable to decipher their next clue. In lick her, teams must travel almost
one mile to Paris Hilton's abode where they will have to perform oral sex on
Miss Hilton for three minutes. The task may sound simple but teams scared of
STD's may find it hard to swallow.

The family version did come to my home town, Huntsville, AL and they
pretty much did the most famous thing here, which is the Space &
Rocket Center, although we do have some pretty good hockey here.
(The buses drove right past my house!!) Of course it was 2 in the
morning, and I was asleep. The newspapers had the story a couple of
days before the episode aired.
