I'm guessing that you live in a metro area with an NFL team that
played at home yesterday (NY, perhaps?)
Most of the country had a doubleheader on CBS, and the second game,
Denver-SD, ran almost an hour over. Those in cities that fit the
above description only receive one game. (At least, that was the rule
a while ago, something about having another game on TV would hurt the
live attendance. Probably only for teams like the Lions or
Cardinals!)
