When Jen and Nate got their BlackBerry message Jen mentioned it was dated
June 8. Did we ever have any spoilers from around that time about this race?
I don't recall any but I thought it was interesting that they didn't edit
out her saying the date.

If true, then the "insider info" which stated the TAR crew was taking
"the summer off" was completely false.
Said it before, I'll say it again, "insider info" ain't worth the
paper they're printed on.

The only person that said TAR was taking the summer off was Julie Chen. No
one in TAR cast said it... she said it at the finale twice. No one corrected
her.

For what it's worth, I saw that segment and I interpreted it
pretty much as Plaidmoon speculates. I didn't think Julie was talking
