Not always; the opening snippets can be segments from the current race,
or from previous races. There was a Stockholm snippet which was used in
at least two subsequent ARs IIRC and just because the current intro
shows Mount Fuji as seen from an approaching plane doesn't mean they
will be going there, since they used the same snippet in the last AR.
