> HUNTSVILLE -- America's favorite goth duo - Kynt Cothran and Vyxsin Fiala from CBS' reality show "Amazing Race" - recently made an appearance at The Deep Comics and Games, 2312 South Parkway.

> The couple, who finished eight of the 10 weeks in the most recent "Amazing Race," signed autographs from 5-7 p.m. Cothran and Fiala have a soft spot for Huntsville because Fiala's parents, Frank and Kay Fiala, live here.

> Cothran and Fiala are also helped a charity with a raffle for The Children's Tumor Foundation for research to cure neurofibromatosis.

> The couple has a lot of fans in Huntsville and Alabama. They were voted the fan favorite team on the last "Amazing Race," winning every team popularity poll conducted by CBS and Entertainment Weekly.

> They also recently returned home from the "Spring Break on the Mexican Riviera 2008 Cruise" with Rosie O'Donnell, Cyndi Lauper, "American Idol's" Danny Noriega and Ross the Intern from the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno." They did a question-and-answer session, signed autographs and hosted a mock version of the "Amazing Race" on the ship.

> They also recently filmed a Halloween special for the Travel Channel, entitled "America's Most Terrifying Places" and are modeling for the national clothing chain Hot Topic.
