... Seems tis the season, and in my bid to be more seasonal, I have bought some. Any recommendations for best thing to do with them? They are *fabulous* in stews. Or, use them with pork and bacon and sausage, a bit like a cassoulet. Or with chilli. Oooh.... They do need quite a lot of cooking, btw. Hmnm - must be doing something wrong ...
