What, by itself? Just discharged and happened to be touching the old

I guess the writer didn't want to say, "While one cop held the old
lady down, the other other cop ran 100,000 volts through her."

This thread is misleading and a lie. I saw the tape on tv. She refused
to cooperate with police, screaming, refusing to cooperate, hit officer
first.

If she had acted like a normal person none of this would of happened.
If a policeman asks you for license or to get out of car all you do is
say yes sir and comply fully. Then your on your way.
If you respect a cop they respect you. You run your stupid drunk mouth
and you get whats coming.

I think she's lucky they didn't bitch slap her and beat her with a club.
The fat slut deserved it.
