No, I'm not. How can you be a hypocrite for claiming your
constitutional rights? They are criminals precisely because they
violated someone else's rights, but that doesn't take away their
inalienable rights. Hence the term inalienable.
If a woman was convicted of raping a little boy, and went to prison,
would it be open season for the guards to rape her? Under your way of
thinking, she's a hypocrite if she complains.
