No, but in Africa I saw someone in the final stages of the disease. It's

So I believe. That's why Britain has a 6-month quarantine for arriving
animals, now supplemented by a passport system, but the procedure to
prove that your animal is protected is horrendous. Good, as rabies is
still not endemic to the country.
