Keep wrestling with that old nicotine snake, Becky.
With spirit like yours, I think you can do it.

Becky, that's the spirit! If you find the lozenges make the
difference, by all means stay on them. From what I have read of them,
they are to be used only when you really feel cornered by an urge. I
do expect over time you'll see the space between uses will increase
until you might have one or two in your purse as a security blanket
but never use them. Just keep kicking butt. The further into
smobriety you get, the easier it will get.

Good thinking, Becky. Do what you need to do. Nobody will be handing
out medals to us for quitting one way or another way. Just stay
quitted.
I wish they had lozenges for chocolate coated almonds...I'm hooked.

What she said. I chewed the nic gum for several years before it finally
kicked in...and I am sure you can do better with all this support.

Becky
It is Three years, two months, four weeks, two days, 23 hours, 5 minutes and
48 seconds. Since I had a cigarette and it is 2 years, 7 months, 2 days, 20
hours, 6 minutes, 17 seconds, since my last lozenge/patch/gum. So looking
at that I was on NRT for about 7 or 8 Months. I know that some people are
against being on NRT for that long, but they can blow that out their arse as
I had been trying to quit for several maybe 10 years prior to getting where
I am now.
Do whatever keeps you away from tobacco
