I'm bored.
This morning was productive though.
I watched a movie with Isla Fisher today. She is cute, but the movie
sucked. It was called "Wedding Daze." The basic idea of the movie was
great, but they ruined it throughout. I kept waiting for a good scene, or
something.
I ate too much today.
A letter I mailed on April 4th returned in the mail today, April 30th. It
is a good thing the Postal Service does not charge extra for storage.
Gas costs so much, I am avoiding driving anywhere. I'm not saying I can't
afford it. It takes any fun out of it, when you know what the gas is
costing. It was $3.85 a gallon at my last fill-up. That was the cheap
station.
The local news seems to indicate that robberies are up. They are having a
bunch of restaurant robberies, like the one in the movie Pulp Fiction.

Hello,
My doctor is practicing multiple medications for my schizophrenia. I had
remission in February 2003 in Manhattan on an experimental trial of Abilify
@ 15mg. I am now back on the Abilify, after non-compliance. I have trouble
now though. The medications I am taking include NuVega and Reperadol along
with an anti-depressent. Please can someone advise me as to what a logical
step would mean to provide my doctor with the proper information to
administer the correct dosing of my medication regimen? Any hints on what
might work? I thought a doctor's opinion would work from someone who knows
about polypharmacy or a website that has popular studies on this very topic.
Thanks,
-_Davidsmc

"If by covetousness or negligence, one withdraw from them their
ordinary food, he shall be penny wise, and pound foolish."
- E. Topsell: Four-footed Beasts (1607)
An important way to save money is to reduce expenses. There are a lot
of ways you can stretch your dollars and help avoid that "too much
month at the end of the money" feeling. Some of these steps will take
a bit of planning and investigation but they will be well worth the
effort. Others you will be able to implement immediately. Some will
require a small up-front investment but have a substantial long-term
payoff. Your ability to implement those will depend on available cash
and your budget.
What you’ll need first, is a clear idea of where your money is going;
then you can look at ways to cut fluff and lower the cost of your
required living expense. Always keep in mind that it’s not just about
cheaper; it’s about efficiency. Analyse your needs and do the math.
Most importantly, however, is to understand that reducing expenses is
a lifestyle change and a change in your thinking patterns. Never let
yourself believe that pennies don't count.

ZURICH (Reuters) - Albert Hofmann, the Swiss chemist who discovered
the hallucinogenic drug LSD, has died aged 102, the organization that
republished his book on the mind-altering substance said.
Hofmann, who advocated the medicinal properties of the drug he termed
his "problem child," died from a heart attack at his home in Basel,
Switzerland on Tuesday, the California-based Multidisciplinary
Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) said on its website.

10. War and Warriors
BY OUR best enemies we do not want to be spared, nor by those either
whom we love from the very heart. So let me tell you the truth!
My brethren in war! I love you from the very heart. I am, and was
ever, your counterpart. And I am also your best enemy. So let me tell
you the truth!
I know the hatred and envy of your hearts. Ye are not great enough
not
to know of hatred and envy. Then be great enough not to be ashamed of
them!
And if ye cannot be saints of knowledge, then, I pray you, be at
least
its warriors. They are the companions and forerunners of such
saintship.
I see many soldiers; could I but see many warriors! "Uniform" one
calleth what they wear; may it not be uniform what they therewith
hide!
Ye shall be those whose eyes ever seek for an enemy—for your enemy.
And with some of you there is hatred at first sight.

its frozen eyes will fall more than I
I've found something better when
its not nice to feel alone inside
all my fear is just vanishing
and the blood will let me find a way
will open heaven
down in here all my dreams fulfilled
good and bad they seem to be the same
if I just let this power in
it will work it will make me feel okay...
