I talked to a doctor and my family.
They said ---- do not reduce your medications.

I was up all last night. I am feeling much better now.
I think it was the stress of a 40 day upcoming trip. How will I take
all my urine bottles for that trip and all the urine parapherenelia.

Now, at 8:30 I am taking my medications again (the current dose, and
armed with a prayer book to say the prayers) and eat food and
medications at 8:30 followed by ice-cream at 8:30 I will eat butter-
sugar-water at 10:00 and go to sleep.
