we all did spring cleaning.

yesterday we had cleared desk -- paid bills and filed papers and such.
and did 4 loads of laundry so we didn't have to run around nekkid.

today, sir lala sorted through his huge pile of artwork and papers and
stuff to decide what he would keep and what he would toss.

c cleaned the bathroom and put on the new toilet seat that has been
sitting in it's box for several months. :/

both c and we took turns vacuuming the house. we no longer have mounds
of drifing cat fur waiting for the spirit to come and animate it into
hundreds of new kitties. then c actually washed the floor in the
kitchen and bathrooms!

and the aa came over and we helped her fill out the application for
the state's form of medicaid insurance.

we have a clean house!

  Newsgroup and camping

We know we are a little scattered in working with our new newsgroup. We
got it from slunky's link cause it's free. has very nice features but we
are still learning to work with it.

Is much easier to read all the posts but is hard to see who is online at
present time.

have patience with us if we are here and you are trying to talk with us.
This is taking some getting use to.

We are home now. We (outside kids and us) are completely beat. House is
mess and evl says we have to clean it up (even though he is the one who
made all the mess). But we are too tired to do it.

So, we let all the boys take naps before we start on house later
tonight. Evl won't get home til bout 4am.

Was nice camping. Stars were very bright in sky, was nice peace. We saw
a turtle crossing our camp this morning. Got camera and have pictures.
We are going to email to asd so everone can see our campsite (and the
turtle).

Wish we would have got raccoon pics. maybe next time. Is good to be home.

Wish we didn't have to think about going back to see t this week. Was
hard enough for us to just get back to asd group.

we all (sir lala, c, us) went outside to observe the lahaina noon. at
exactly 12:28, objects cast no shadow because the sun was exactly
overhead. it was cool.

On Saturday night I was watching In Cold Bl*ood, Truman Capo*te's classic,
grandfather of the True Cr*me genre. I'd read the book as a child but never
watched the movie until I recently borrowed it from the library.

Perry Sm*ith was having his final conversation with a friend. At this time
he told the story of how he and his father had built a tourist hotel with
their own hands, and how, when the resort failed to draw any tourists, his
father turned against him. It is clear that his father's cruelty had a
great deal to do with what Perry ended up doing later at the Cl*utter home.

  feeling nothing

Started a new med combo a few weeks ago. Prior to that I was sad/
depressed. Now I don't feel depressed - I feel nothing at all. "Flat
affect" in psycholingo or something. It's progress in some ways - but
if you are prone to dissociation such not-really-anything feeling can
trigger depersonalization. Internet has seemed pointless - I haven't
even been lurking much - don't know why I'm even posting now. Maybe
hoping the act of doing so will move me from dead-center.

Hi. A friend of mine pointed out that my participation in this ng has been
limited to responding to others. That I haven't really posted much about
myself.
