I think shay really is like a 6 year old. any excuse to delay bed time. we
*all* in this system need to work on bed time

today was a pretty good day. was nice talking here. hard tonight cuz of the
switchiness

our best things for today were the cat cuddling, puppy trying to fetch lily
pads (heh, he was so determined), elk beds
(chocolate pudding!!!)
(getting things done *and* I get to make an anger brick)
(We actually have clean sheets again)

we work tomorrow so the crazy volume of posting is maybe done for a bit

The wilderness trip is over, it was a huge epic and great. The stuff
is unpacked and cleaned and repacked away. We took the boy who slept
over back to school yesterday so he could go home with _his_ family
and then cleaned up the mess the two boys made. We all slept late this
morning to recover from everything and then we went to a creek
festival on the flat parts. It is like a street fair only really
really big.

Then we stopped so the kids could get frozen custard on the way to
the grocery store and then my mind just went POOF and I was totally
overwhelmed cause both kids were talking to me at once about total
nonsense, the SO was doing really stupid things like standing in
front of people and blocking the isle for no reason and they were
remodeling the store while it was still open and I was dehydrated and
and and

It actually got funny at one point and I told the kids smoke was
coming out of my ears and then they were _trying_ to drive me nutz
and said so, which made it even funnier :)

Is anyone else getting the privacy code to be able to post? After I
write a post, a message appears at the bottom to re-type the letters
in the box to verify. But it does this every single time. Does anyone
else have this or know why we have to do this each time now?

looking for sympathy. got stomach bug from mother. tried to wash hands
a lot but also do her laundry and probably not careful enough. we have
phobia for thr*wing up. very bad nite. fever and sick and chills and
all the bad stuff of flu. today just exhausted. stomach still aches
much much. sleeping a lot. need to take care of dogs for friend out of
town and also our dog. also really want to get some vegetable broth at
store but idea of walking around hideous bright lights store is not so ...

Sorry everybody posted so much yesterday. We exceeded even what Jill said we
should post and they were mostly "me" posts.

I know you all have said it's ok to post a lot, but yesterday was
ridiculous. Will you tell us when we post too much, because they won't
believe me.
