the infinite potential
all the good and the bad
and i can accept it as what it is
no judgement
i know you will say
bad is a judgment
but i say it is an experience
different then mine perhaps
but a way of being none the less
it is full/complete
seeing and being
all the different faces
observed and observing all at once
pain is joy, joy pain
uplifted and laid low
conscious and unaware
the entire paradox in an instant

Away from computers a lot, intentionally. It's too tempting to do
unhealthy things on the computer right now so I only use one when I'm
with a friend.
Someone asked weeks back (?) if I could get external support with
stopping some behaviors. I have now. The community I live in knows, n
I'm doing stuff to stay accountable, part of which is the computer
thing.
Got good support.
hope to catch up here soon, but not at the risk of getting on to other
not good stuff.
thanks for being here and listening.

poem I wrote yesterday

Living by the water

You learn her moods.

Her rhythms

Flow over human sounds

Washing away

The clutter of latte days

And cell phone schedules.

Last night,

Her voice was strident,

Like a teenager

Demanding attention.

In a chaotic, dark dance

She strained to break free

From her familiar path.

This morning,

She chuckles easily

As she grins and twinkles

With unexpected brightness.
