all 3 kitties let me pick them up and put them in cat carrier. they
getting used to me. this a.m. spitfire let me scritch and scritch
behind his ears. you know what i love about kitties? i love how they
don't can balance very good yet, and they sit down to scritch behind
their own ear and fall over :-).

hard to remember when in functional. when in functional, it's ok.

When I had to do some public speaking years ago, I was totally freaked
out. My pdoc gave me a rx for a beta blocker. I took
it 15-20 minutes before speaking. (I believe it lowers the blood
pressure). It did help. The pdoc told me that most of the musicians
performing before large audiences take it. It helps some, but not
others. Maybe you can speak to him about this.

Yes, I agree. I always hesitate before posting thinking that it will
be something <> that ppl will get tired of. Yet when I read you,
astri and others, I feel a sense of you and others being heard.
Sometimes the advice isn't all that great, but it *is* advice from ppl
who really care, imo. Then there is the *bingo* sort of advice which
marvels me. I'm being repetitive, but it truly helps to read what
everyone has to say.
