This is the new diabetic/low carb/gluten free store in our area.

Half of the store had gluten free stuff and the other half had the low carb
which I guess was also diabetic. There were some crossover items.

I was able to get the Walden Farms caramel dip. That's no carb. Used to be
able to get it at a couple of grocery stores but they no longer carry that
flavor.

Much of what they have is stuff I can get elsewhere for less money. But I
still managed to spend almost $60, mostly for things for Angela. I did get
myself some unsweetened coconut flakes.

I didn't look too hard at the low carb stuff so I don't know what all is in
there. They had some faux mashed potatoes. I didn't see the Julian's (I
think that's the name) bread, but I heard that they do carry it.

I do plan to go back. Just probably not too often. Not sure there is
enough demand for this stuff to keep them in business...especially when
there are two other stores within my disabled walking distance that sell
much of what they have for much less money.
