when i had gone to the dentist a long time ago when doing ghee rubbing

hi,
i took some very little becosules today (opened the capsule , poured
out the yellow powder inside, closed the capsule) -----------------
and yes yellow liquid came out of my gums which is the becosules.

and my knees began to pain.

then i ate roasted chana "gram" with the skins on as they sell on the
road in india --- rich source of iron much cheaper than spinach and
the pain reduced.

today i did not drink any tea except one cup green tea (out of habit).

now, think, becosules is allopathic ------------ what is required to
digest becosules is an entire complex of iron and vitamins learnt by
nature for plants ---------- and that should not get pulled out of the
blood to absorb the becosules.
