The *big* wedding is in January, but it doesn't look like my MIL will
live that long due to her ALS. So, it was great that they got JP'd
and my MIL got to go to the wedding today. It was short, simple, and
quite sweet.

I'm now in the mother-in-law category and an instant (step)
grandmother to 4 beautiful children.

Hey, and I'm only 48! Yeah, that might sound old, but when you think
of grandmothers, you think of little old ladies sitting in rockers
with an afghan on their lap.

I'm old, but not *that* old :)

It's been a fun day. I kinda like having a son-in-law. :)
