O yeah!
I recently went through that shock too! I learned to ALWAYS KEEP AN
UPDATED COPY OF ALL OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS!!! I also asked to have
some things corrected! Like they had me listed as having had rx's for
meds I never had rx'd to me b4 (I proved it by having a copy of my
pharmacy recrds too, which one should also have a recent copy of!
LoL, I have most of it collected in files both online & hardcopy.) I
sure learned my lesson the hard way & have been working hard to have
good current medical records...it helps havin' a great doc!!! (weg)!
Also, keep a copy of any & all records of Referrals made. I have even
been "blacklisted" due to comments & lies drs. had made getting into
my records so if I have to go to the ER now I have to deal w/
that...idjits. I stay away from the er in...
