The dr circus is over. The dr LIED to me & DIDN'T DO A F-CKING THING
HE SAID HE DID/OR WOULD. HE LIED about what my psych told him (which
then made me accuse my psych of lying to me after hearing that, but
he didn't. The ONly thing keeping me from using this razor right now
is that I'm talking to my friends on the phone & in here.
He REFUSED TO LET ME TAPE THE APPT. (my son the recorder) was at work
& couldn't be there, as was husb. Then the doc said he "would" let me
record if his nurse was in the rm but when she got there, HE REFUSED
TO LET ME TAPE IT. He LIed about EVERYTHING & said "I'M NOT
COMFORTABLE GIVING YOU ANYTHING AT ALL FOR THE SURGICAL PAIN NOR THE
MYOFASCIAL PAIN." He threw the fed. law out the window along w/me
(well, not me literally.)
I'm still too upset to write more but I made a few pacts w/friends &
promise I won't do anything till after I talk w/them, (one bein' my
psych who should be calling in 3min.)
No guarantees folx. Everything is too little too late & I now have no
meds & this frickin' dr refuses to ever give any to me ever.

This really really sucks and I don't know what to say...literally...
Just know that I have you in my thoughts and hope your psych can help

As much as I hate the ACLU, they MAY be interested in helping, especially if

Yup, it sucks more than I've known AnYtHiNg I've ever experienced in
my life. Let's try to "look'' our best....put best foot forward&
tomorrow I raise legal hell thru many ways.
I DO trust my psychologist more than anyone (cept family). Since he
said he'd be busy making dozens of calls I'm keeping my fingers
crossed (toes too!) that he talks this doc in Mt Vernon or even
Burlington& that we finally get a Real Doc to treat my Real
Pain!!!!!!!
Took an "Ambien" & it's working! (never had it b4 but a friend
gave . (((B's)))TY

Oh Lori, I am so sorry that this doctor is such a jerk. I would say
that the next time you go in to see him, and do so, don't ask to
record but do it anyways. This kind of behaviour is against the
hippocratic oath whether or not they made a pact not to prescribe
opiates. It says do no harm and he has harmed you just in the way he
is acting. If you can keep your wits about you I would say trap the
sucker and make him squirm. He should not be allowed to practice
medicine if he refuses to treat pain after a surgery. That is unheard
of and completely rediculous.
I know that you were trying to be a good person by asking to record
the conversation but it sounds like he knows he is doing something
wrong otherwise he would have let you record the visit without
flinching.
