Question please, which meds are fast/easy to get over or off of and which
are not? long/painful, thanks for the recap, I believe I remember methadone
on very bad about coming off of and that ms-contin isn't a picnic either so
how about oxy? codone and contin thanks, there was a lawsuit over how
addicting oxy is or was not to long ago but I didn't see how severe the
withdrawal or length of time it took get out of your system if that was even
part of the suit, anyway, as always, many thanks well in advance...Joe

Iron supplements might harm infants who have enough
ANN ARBOR, Mich.---A new study suggests that extra iron for infants
who don't need it might delay development -- results that fuel the
debate over optimal iron supplement levels and could have huge
implications for the baby formula and food industry.

"Our results for 25 years of research show problems with lack of iron.
For us to find this result is a big deal, it's really unexpected,"
said Dr. Betsy Lozoff, University of Michigan research professor at
the Center for Human Growth and Development, and the study's principal
investigator.

Most people here may already be aware of this site, just wanted to
throw
it out for comments as appropriate, and the prospect that there may be
some
stuff in it of value to someone. Especially since proglumide has only
been
mentioned twice in this newsgroup.
