The bucket of shit is a democrat?
You know, every election cycle I always plan on not voting since, on
an individual level, voting is meaningless. However, I gotta confess
that sometimes I vote against one party because their blind followers
are so pathetic that it just feels good. I never vote for anybody,
just against the party with the biggest, most repetitive dumbasses.
And, interestingly enough, when I look back on the times I've done
this, I've always voted Republican.

The Noise Children Make
By TERI KARUSH ROGERS
"APARTMENT dwellers in New York City have long endured the trauma of
jackhammers, Manolo Blahniks, recycling trucks, sirens, canines and
air-conditioning systems.
But, perhaps because the population of children in the city is increasing,
the sound of little feet is a complaint being voiced with increasing
frequency. And, for reasons ranging from a sense of entitlement to the
impossibility of teaching a 3-year-old to glide to the potty like a
supermodel, the parents of those little feet are not happy to hear that
their children are driving you crazy.
Many, in fact, have heard just about enough of it. They complain that they
are being forced to choose between being good neighbors and good parents.
"It's nerve-racking to be constantly shushing my kids and not letting them
be normal kids in the morning," said Janeen Thompson, who lives in a postwar
rental building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Her two young sons - ages 5 and 2

Hear, hear. I for one probably wouldn't think his hatred was
any better-founded (what happened to simply *disagreeing* with
someone and letting it go at that?), but at least it would
provide evidence of something approximating conscious thought.

What's *neo*-con about that? That's been the gist of the
conservative position on abortion for decades, long before
the word "neocon" had even been coined.

Boon Frog Pod (Toddler Bath toy holder)
http://www.toddlerscorner.net/boon-frog-pod-toddler-bath-toy-holder/
First, let me say that we bought this product last year before it even
came out. We were on a wait list for almost two months with child
Outfitters. I had been looking for a new bath storage system because
my son thinks the bathtub is the best thing next to Disney Land. So he
always has a bunch of toys in the tub and none of the other storage
systems had worked. When we got it, I was completely stunned by its
size. My first attention was OMG! Am I going to put this GIGANTIC
GREEN FROG up in my bathroom? LOL. But the scoop, rinse, and store
attribute was too appealing so I followed the instructions accurately
and installed it that night.

well, this is just stupid. i support a female's right to choose
unconditionally. i do not believe the fetus is a human until it is born.
they way this is written is just plain wrong.

Shocking Baby Launch Video Lands Teen Behind Bars
Thursday, July 03, 2008
An 8-month-old infant is seen on an inflatable pillow before being
launched across the room by a Georgia teenager.
LEESBURG, Ga. — A Georgia teen is facing child cruelty charges after
an online video showed a young man launching a baby several feet
across a room using an inflatable pillow.
The video posted on YouTube shows the boy putting a baby on one side
of a large yellow pillow and then jumping on the pillow, sending the
child flying several feet across the floor, where the baby lands and
cries.
"He really had no explanation — just thought it would be funny to put
it on YouTube," Col. Duane Sepp of the Lee County Sheriff's Office
told FOX News. "It's all about, I guess, that five seconds of glory or
whatever, and it's terrible it has to happen at the cost of an 8-month-
old child."

Jailed after 'sex contract' with daughter
Georgia Waters
July 1, 2008
A north Brisbane couple have been sentenced to jail this afternoon,
after a court heard about how they made a pregnancy pact to inseminate
their 15-year-old daughter after bearing two biological children with
congenital diseases.
The 35-year-old stepfather received an eight-year prison term. He
already has served 164 days in pre-sentence custody.
The girl's 39-year-old mother was sentenced to six months' jail and
three months' probation.
The couple, who cannot be identified under Queensland law, penned a
handwritten "contract" with the girl, before the man began having
daily sex with her over two-and-a-half months in late 2006.
The couple also tried to inject her with the man's sperm in a bid to
conceive, Brisbane's District Court heard.
The pair both pleaded guilty to one count each of maintaining a sexual
relationship with a child.
Lawyers say the case is the first of its type in Queensland.
