good pics Jo and thanks for sharing them.

sorry to see your tree and fence look like that.

we finally found out later after the storm that part of our palm tree came
down. It was standing up in the hedges and looked like an off shoot of the
palm tree so we didn't realize it broke off and came down till about a week
later. LOL

Did they give you a list of approved replacements? I've not had any
pressure to get on the mail-order program. I would rather stay with my
delivery pharmacy than depend on the mail. I'm kind of iffy with that. You
have to plan too far ahead, though I suppose I could do it if I had to.

Ah, she is a little beauty, indeed! Good looking family all around, for that
matter. And it's obvious from everyone's faces that little Scarlett won't
lack love in her life!

Anyone used trigosamine with glucosamine and chondroitin

This is a new (I think) complex - hyaluronate with glucosamine and
chondroitin. I use the glucosamine and chondroitin, so looked up what the
combination would cost and it is very expensive. The hylagan shots did so
well, I thought I would investigate the trigosamine, but I'm not sure is
hyaluronate is the same as the material in the shots or even similar. Does
anybody know? I doubt if I will spend that much when I can get the shots
anytime and my insurance will cover them. Is hyaluronic acid the same as
hyaluronate?

I love those photos. She is a very beautiful baby and the cousins are
just adorable. I even think the dog is cute.

  Memory Foam mattress topper

Author: Leslie & The Furbabies in MO.
Date: Jan 21, 2008 09:04

I thought you might like to know about my experience with this product.
I've been using it about a week. I have severe OA. mild/moderate RA,
fibromyalgia and post polio syndrome.

I read the reviews on overstock. com and saw that some folks thought it was
too firm and that it was too small for the mattress size they ordered.
Also, some suggested to not buy a mattress topper less than 3 in. thick.

I bought a 4 in. thick 3 lb. (also available in 4 lb. which would be firmer)
Cal. king size for my queen bed. I cut it to size with a serrated bread
knife- kinda sloppy cutting, but it will be under a sheet, etc. It made my
bed quite high to add another 4 in. and my dogs aren't too sure about the
way it gives under their feet and the height they must jump to sleep on my
bed. They adapted quickly! LOL

I find I still have pain when I wake up- as always- but I am not as stiff
and sore and hard to get out of bed and moving around as I was without the
topper. AND... my mind feels refreshed. That's a biggie. Instead of
groaning 'oh no, not another day to face' I actually feel alert and ready to
go in the morning. I guess it's the quality of my sleep that's had the
biggest impact. I feel rested and refreshed. And I am surprised that I
really like the Memory Foam pillow that came with the topper.
