Complex (Becosules) everyday.
My shrink referred me to take a capsule of vitamin b complex every
alternate day.

But yes my memory is returning. I cannot program though because I get

i ate 3 pieces of tasty chicken legs yesterday.

i have noticed this twice ----- non-veg gives dandruff.
also, i had to take slightly more trinicalm plus (slightly more than
1/4th say 1/8th more to sleep).
