Does anyone have trouble with physical pain from your depression?
Like a deep ache that is in your bones and that won't go away?
If so, what do you do to try to curb it? Advil doesn't seem to do the
trick ...

God i hate that constant aching. Sometimes i feel like an 80 year old
woman. I don't do anything for it because i think i have gotten used
to it and its not like i could be taking something 24/7 anyways. More
meds would just bring more problems.
Ironic

I can't be sure of when i am most uncomfortable. I would say the
morning because that is when i was more stiff. Once i get going with
the day it seems my muscles loosen up and its more like a dull ache as
if a flu bug is coming on.
