you can refer to my earlier post titled MOM is DEAD to get
details ...is there anyone out there that knows if there is any way to
get the smell out of a house ??? the body was there for 4-5 days and
when the authorities moved the body....this horrible smell filled the
house....I have aired the house out several hours a day for several
days, run fans, used lysol and other stuff and it isnt even fading....
does anyone know any tricks to get rid of that smell or will I need to
throw everything in a dumpster and rip out rugs and call in a
remediation team?? god I am clueless to this stuff.....

though anyone here necessarily knows.

I did some research for you, only because I empathize with the loss of
your mother and understand that this must be a very difficult time.
From what I've read, you ought to dehumidify the entire house...
