i bought a couple of the best guided meditations that i have come
across. You can put them on an mp3 players as well. I put them on
every night and fall asleep to them. They have such a positive message
that i think by listening to them over and over that it seems to have
relieved my symptoms of depression/anxiety a bit. I can't say if that
is what really helped but i thought it couldn't hurt. I bought them
from this site: http://www.brainsync.com/group.asp?grp=10
Trying getting lots of rest too and making sure you are taking good
care of yourself.
Wish i had some better ideas.

Alex:
Yes, I have a cunning plan (a la Baldrick from Black Adder): we do *nothing*.

Our trying this and that makes us only tumble from side-to-side. Stability at
center point can only be reached by practicing *inner stillness*, no?

I find this somewhat helpful---I tend to spend days and days dwelling in
the Past....and days and days worryting about the nebulous future.
Perhaps you do, too?

When I am able, I can sometimes MAKE myself stop these backward and
foreward Time Trips---and STAY in Today. More often than not, TODAY
isnt so bad. I say to myself, "Yes, ok the Past sucked....and chances
are, there is no real future....but TODAY the sky is blue, the bills ar
paid and there's food in the fridge. Today is alright."

Like I sai
---sometimes it helps.
