Yes, as one of the most annoying of an incredibly annoying species, the
kazon....only capt. janeway could manage to keep being outsmarted and losing
the ship to them ;-)
Combs does use that same distinct voice....Martok does a bit better job of
disguising his unique voice and I think he's better overall at playing
various parts. Still, I actually like Trek supporters being re-used. They
are very good character actors generally and while it does distract you for
a second, it lends a strange continuity and familiarity.
